CR 2008 - No Favorites, History or Repository Folders in Database Expert

Three people have CR08 on there machines at my work, all new licenses. None of us have these folders in the database expert. I'm aware that repository functionality requires enterprise, but I need those favorites & history folders.

I have searched every forum in the first 200 Google results i found. I'm usually good at figuring bugs/errors out on my own via support forums, but for the first time ever I am completely stumped.

Anyone know how to help? I can screenshot the issue if it's useful.
