The questions about Organization Management

I have a case like that:

My company want to make the reports about the jobs and positons that have propety is supporting or manufacture.

For example

IS deparment (manager and engineer) have 50% job for supporting and 50% for manufacture.

Manager of ABC deparment have 50% job for supporting and 50% for manufacture but engineer/lead engineer of ABC deparment have 100% job for manufacture.

and HR deparment have 100% job for supporting.

I had configed below:

Manager, lead, senior are Postions.

IS,HR,ABC are Orgs.

engineer, assistant,driver,accountant are Jobs

but i don't know how to declare it (supporting/manufacture ). where do I declare it?
