Problem with drilling down in a dashboard

Hope someone can help. I have an issue with my dashboard users. I have a number of dashboards at Division, Region, Centre etc. A Divisional Manager should open a Divisional Dashboard and see the Analytics contained there. He then should be able to click the Drill to Region link which opens the Regional Dashboard and he can see the Regional Analytics. If the user clicks the link they get the following error ;-

Failed to open the document using openAnalytic.jsp. Not enough information was given. Please contact your Administrator

However the same user can open the Region Dashboard from within InfoView and see the dashboard ok.

If I make this user a member of the Administrators group he can open the Division dashboard and drill to the region dashboard with no problems. To my mind this points to a permissions issue maybe in the Anyone group or with Inheritance but it is driving me insane as I cannot see where it could be. Anyone come across this before or have any idea what it could be?

To anyone who suffers the same issue, this issue was with permissions being set to Deny at a higher level in the folder tree. It took getting 360 View to enable me to see that this was the issue!
