BOEXI 3.1 does not install on virtual server environment

Hello,

I have the BOE XI3.1 software (Business Objects Enterprise XI3.1 ) latest software of BO, however when I try to install the .exe file (server component) on the virtual server, it says you do not have access rights and permisions, inspite of being the Administartor. However, when I try an install the same exe on my laptop physical machine, it does not complain.

Is this because of the RAR files that are being extracted, or some other issue.

Ay suggesstions or recommendations will be helpful.
