Authorization error while trying to access http://host:port/inspection.wsil

Hi we are tring to access to the http://host:port/inspection.wsil of one of our Composite Enviroments.

The only way we have managed to do it , is by having Admin rights.

But normal users cant accesss this and cant read the web services definitions.

Is there a way normal users cant access this servlet without giving them admin rights?

THis is in CE 7.1 Sp 6.
