F80 - Mass Reversal (processed twice!)

Good Morning,

I ran into a very strange situation today where a Mass reversal was processed, and somehow a couple of prior reversals were re-processed.

In the image below, the original transaction (Doc 100021273) was posted in March 2018. The following line, (Doc 100027654) was the reversal processed for March reversing entries (ZA) posting to April 2018. The last line (Doc ID 100031171) is where the problem lies. This transaction was created from a Mass Reversal for all Doc type ZA for the period of 4/01/2018 - 4/30/2018.

To the best of my knowledge, reversed documents cannot be re-reversed. I have also included the screen shot of the F.80 prior to executing the job.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your assistance.
