Dear C4C Experts,
I have requirement to create a report and extract data in c4c every month for the list of the tickets that are passed a particular status “Ticket Rejected” for a selection period.
We have different ticket statuses for each Life cycle status “open”, “in process” and “completed” and we have one status “Ticket Rejected” (Life cycle status - in process).
Asper standard, I know we can pull the Report for the list of the Ticket status “Ticket Rejected” in real time but we cannot pull the Report every time for all the tickets that are passed a particular status “Ticket Rejected” for a selection period.
please some one can advice or assist in create this report to extract all the tickets that are passed the status “Ticket Rejected”.

Hi Santosh.
The status Ticket rejected is not valid for all Data Sources that involved Tickets.
I am not sure of what is happening since there are no images or further information of why isn't it possible to trigger the data. However, there are two main reasons in there, or data is huge for some periods and the report is being limited by framework, or there are othr filtering criteria limiting the information.
