FBL3N report and ACDOC table mismatch

Hi,

I have done customized report in which the logic is given as, if the document is revered the line item should not be brought into my report. The report works fine but when recon my customized report with standard FBL3N report, one particular line item it is showing as reversed but in ACDOC table there is no reversal indicator in the field XTRUEREV.

Kindly suggest me the solution, as it is production issue.

Hi,

Is this document linked to asset line reversal? Check the following note, if it is the case:

2420969 - Incorrect reversal reference and the clearing information after true reversal in accounting document

Otherwise, it could be correct behaviour, as XTRUEREV is not updated in all cases. Check this note for more info:

Hi Eli,

I have 2 questions with this regard.

1. How do I check the document if it is asset line reversal ?

2. I see inconsistency in FBL3N report. The document is not originally reversed but it shows as reversed in FBL3N.

The note that you have given pertains to ACDOCA but not for FBL3N.

a) You can see if the document is asset related by analysing its history/origin.

b) Why do you think that the document is not reversed? Based on which information? If you judge by XTRUEREV field in ACDOCA, then it could be inaccurate. You'd better look at XREVERSED field. As for FBL3N, the info about reversal is coming from BKPF table.
