Auto generation of pur. requisition while creating Shipment cost document

Dear All,

I am doing shipment (Vt01n)and then shipment cost document (Vi01) but unable to generate the purchase requisition automatically for transporter bill payment.pls suggest the required settings for the same as soon as possible.
