Notification

Dear Guru,

my business scenario:

when return delivery goods comes in the inspection stock directly( if not possible its ok) inspection lot should be generated for inspection and if any defect found while inspection notification should be generated in that inspection characteristics should be display in the form provided by the system.

how should i configure my system to run above scenario.
