ITS server error

Hi,

i need to use ITS service. In transaction SICF i test the ping service and it doesn't work, all services don't work. The address server is not correct.

For exemple the URL of a service is :

http://upqev7.intra-customer.net:8021/sap/bc/bsp/sap/swn_config/index.htm?sap-client=100&sap-language=FR

I think upqev7.intra-customer.net is a bad address, so how can i change it ? I'm not system administrator but i must do that.

I'm on ECC 5.
