ITS server error

Hi,

i need to use ITS service. In transaction SICF i test the ping service and it doesn't work, all services don't work. The address server is not correct.

For exemple the URL of a service is :

http://upqev7.intra-customer.net:8021/sap/bc/bsp/sap/swn_config/index.htm?sap-client=100&sap-languag...

I think upqev7.intra-customer.net is a bad address, so how can i change it ? I'm not system administrator but i must do that.

I'm on ECC 5.

Hello,

The host name is in profile parameter icm/host_name_full.

For the ITS you will need the following:

1. icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=8021

icm/host_name_full hostname_full

2. itsp/enable 1

3. publish the WEBGUI and SYSTEM and IAC Internet Services to the Internal ITS

4. activate the default_host/sap/public/its

5. activate the default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/service

Please note that the URL sample you have given though is for a BSP service, NOT an ITS service.
