Filter criteria of valuehelp popup has not been delivered to dictvaluehelp

I have defined a valuehelp via dictionary search help.

Problem is that the pop up which occurs when i press valuehelp in my webdynpro does not deliver the filter criteria to my dictionary f4valuehelp.

How can i manually deliver data or how can i catch the listener of my valuehelp?
