PGI error

Hi all

when i am doing PGI an error comes i.e Material is partially or not packed.

For more information , mat . type is FERT

So please tel me the possible reason, how to solve

In OVLP uncheck the packing tab

hai

go with the tcode OVLP and select your delivery item category and remove the setting picking

this is will help u out.

and once u get the answer please close the twicket

Check the picking is completed or not if not then do the packing then check in the material master that salesplant view whether the packing material is assinged for that

Hi Manoj,

As per the error says you might have not pack your material in delivery document.

If you have entered any packing material in delivery document or if you have activated packing required.

Then you have to pack the material before doing the PGI.

You can see the Pack button in toolbar or you can press shift+F6 to pack your material a different screen will appear.

Then select your material and packing material and again click on pack button.

Now your material will be pack now try to do PGI it will happen.

Its not a packing material. neither i ahve activated propose for packing at sales order

Hi,

Go to 0VLK and select your delivery document and go to detail.

check whether automatic packing is activated over there or not.

If activated then uncheck that one and save the document.

Go to 0VLP and select your item category which delivery document is using for that particular material

See packing control field should be blank or it should be B not A.

Save the data

Now see it will be happening or not.
