Creating UDF Under Tax Invoice

Hello All,

I've created a UDF under Tax Invoice-Lines in the user-defined management screen, but the UDF is not displayed in the Invoice Documents. Please suggest, where can I get this particular UDF (Marketing Documents).

One more question, I've created a UDF under row in marketing documents, but the problem is it displaying in the documents , but it's not active that is, I am not able to add any data. Even, I've reviewed the settings under 'Form Settings' also, the field active is grayed out.

Please suggest suitable solutions for the above 2 issues.

which SBO version are you using? Which localisation?

Hi Pratheeviraj,

please use the manager account with superuser rights to create a new row UDF on marketing documents, it should be automatically available in the for example AR Invoice, Active is by default. If this is not the case please report an error via the message to SAP SBO Support Centre.
