AR01 Asset Worklist

I want to run AR01 giving only the company code number/Depreciation Area and leaving asset numbers data blank in back ground on a periodical basis automatically by the system. Once report is executed i want to add the substitution rule

and run the job in background. ( If possible i want to attach the substitution rule by default in the Job)

However when the ar01 is executed in back ground, in the spool report (SP01) transaction, i cannot see the Icon

"Create Work list" or " Add to work list"

objective is that using substitution rule , i want system to check from the total assets, assets that meet the criteria and change the data as per substitution rule.
