converting Planned order to production order Collectively

Hai Gurus,

Here I am Getting the fallowing errors while converting planned order to prod order collectively.

1. Conversion of planned order 1000035 terminated because of message:

Message no. CO875

2. Internal error: Object ID CX1 <> CX4

Message no. C!006

Procedure

Notify your system administrator.

Please throw me some light on these issues.
