Run CLEAR package is not returning a value

Hi,

We are currently working on the validation of BQ3 HANA system when we encountered a problem with a data manager package link CORP_CALC. The CORP_CALC computation itself is working but it is run in a package link which starts with a CLEAR process chain. Below is the detailed log in the CLEAR package

/CPMB/MODIFY completed in 0 seconds

/CPMB/CLEAR_COMMENTS_FOR_CLEAR completed in 0 seconds

/CPMB/CLEAR_CUBE completed in 1 seconds

As you can see SUBMIT COUNT = 0, BQ3 is a backup of the PROD environment and when we compared it to the CORP_CALC process in PROD this is the detailed log of CLEAR in PROD.

The SUBMIT COUNT = 71. The problem in BQ3 is that client detected variances on the CORP_CALC result and we suspect it is because the CLEAR is not working properly. Is there any way or reason why in BQ3 SUBMIT COUNT = 0 while in PROD SUBMIT COUNT = 71.? We are almost going live and we need to fix the CORP_CALC so we can move forward.

SUBMIT COUNT = 0 means that there is no data to clear!

    Hi Vadim,

Yes, there is no data to clear. But when I check the run of CORP_CALC in PROD the CLEAR return a SUBMIT COUNT = 71. This is the same exact sequence of data manager package run since BQ3 is the back up of PROD. Is there a reason why it does not have any data to clear.
