Material Doc / FI Doc post first?

Is FI doc posted after material doc?

Technically, FI doc and Material doc are saved to database at the same time

When you directly save the document, the MM and FI doc gets generated parallely...

When you hold the doc, only MM doc is generated and FI is generated after postings...

When you park the doc, MM doc is generated and only FI doc number is alloted but its not posted at the same time...

When you make it "Save as compleated", MM doc is generated and also FI doc is only flag for posting but not posted...

Material Doc always first... then FI Doc

After MIGO in MM then only FI Doc's will be updated in FB03

Hello

If the material movement has some fincancial impact, then a financial document will be posted along with the materail document showing the financial impacts of the goods movement.

Both the document are posted simultaneoously.
