Oracle post installation parameter tuning

I have installed oracle(10.1) and SAP(ECC 6.0) successfully on an AIX (5.3)platform, now what oracle parameters to be changed and it should be done where for optimum perforamance.Please let me know all the oracle post installation steps for ECC 6.0 and AIX 5.3.
