How to handle an embargo or seizure?

Hi Friends,

how to handle seizure or embargo to employees in HR?.

For example, if an employee is divorced and has children, a court could seek seizure of part of their salary in order to ensure that part of the salary will be deposited into an account prepared by the court to that effect.
