Has anyone used the BAPI for FB60?

Hi, I am researching a way to do mass uploads to run FB60 without doing a BDC. I have seen a few posts on here about this bapi: BAPI_ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT_POST and my question is this, Is all of the information on the screens available in this bapi and will this bapi wrok like FB60 in creating vendor payments?
