Hello everyone,
I´m installing Solution Manager in my company. I have a problem when trying to create a support message in satellite systems. The error is 513.
I have an entry in BCOS_CUST table with my SOLMAN data,
OSS_MSG - W - MyRFC - CUST620 - 1.0
The RFC is working fine.
I think it could be an authorization problem because when I give a temporary SAP_ALL profile to RFC user in SolMan system it works perfectly, but only with the roles SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE & SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN is not enough and fails.
In SAP notes only specify this two roles for send support messages.
The number range interval is defined correctly.
Anybody in the same situation¿? Any idea¿?

See whether trusted RFC has been assigned in his role
