Hi,
In My Inbox - Incident management app records are not coming. But in development we get Incidents records in My Inbox. But in QA we are not getting records in My Inbox app.
App in both Dev and QA are configured same. Any configuration need to done in Backend system / or Front end system.

Check if the Incident Life Cycle workflow created work item for Incident Manager and also check the work item task is assigned with right role.

Hi Nandish,
First check if you are getting workitems in QA in SBWP /SAP Inbox in backend. Make sure your workflow is triggering workitems in QA.

You can check if the user has the role of incident manager assigned in the backend.
