Hi,
I create a transaction iview for CN43N using GUI for HTML option. Transaction runs ok, but excel inplace option doesn't appear. I've read OSS 919909 and perhaps it's a plugin problem, but I can't find this plugin or if it's a customizing or an ITS problem (with ITS it's not possible edit office documents, only non edit mode).
Any idea?
Thanks a lot!
Ivan,
1. Have you tried with GUI for Windows ?
2. Is your issue with word document inplace or excel inplace?
Try referring to this SAP Note : 446609 might just be handy.
Good Luck!

It's not possible because of ITS limitations.

Hi Sandeep.
We've found an OSS ( Note 314568 - SAP GUI for HTML functionality / Limitations / Sp. Behaviour). With GUI for HTML is impossible to manange OLE objects, so edit excel inplace through ITS is not possible.
We're trying to reuse RMS check out/check in functions, calling transaction from ITS with an URL, but It isn't a very fine solution.
Any idea?
Best regards.

Hi Sandeep.
Thanks for your reply. With SAP for Windows, excel inplace option appears, but with this mode I can't apply styles. I'm using IAC services to call R/3 transactions and I've defined several .css to these services.
How can I apply styles to transaction iview using SAP for Windows mode?
Best regards!
