Reversing an Internal Order Settlement

Hi Gurus,

Please help me get around an issue ....

An Internal Order was supposed to be settled in Period 6( Sept for Apr - Mar Calendar ). However, due to wrong posting periods being open, it got settled in Period 7.

To overcome this we reversed the Settlement for Period 7. ( We made all the necessary checks to see that that the postings have been reversed )

But when trying to again Settle the Internal Order for period 6, the system gives an Error saying that - The Order has already been settled in Period 7.

How do I get around this error ?
