We recently moved our ASP.Net v1.1 application to a new server running Windows Server 2003 with Oracle 10g. The old server was using Windows 2000 Server with Oracle 8i and the problem Iu2019m having now is that some of our reports are intermittently crashing. Both servers are using Crystal reports 10. The error that weu2019re getting is as follows:
System.Web.HttpUnhandledException: Exception of type System.Web.HttpUnhandledException was thrown. ---> CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.InternalException:
Error in File C:\WINDOWS\TEMP{6B08C7AB-EF2E-40FA-851B-7465B76EDB5C}.rpt:
The request could not be submitted for background processing. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800002AD):
Error in File C:\WINDOWS\TEMP{6B08C7AB-EF2E-40FA-851B-7465B76EDB5C}.rpt:
Would it be a good idea to upgrade to Crystal Reports 2008?
Thanks in advance for any help.
