I am working with the BPC 5.1 and sometimes when I use the Offline option my report/Input Schedule is transformed in #RFR and #NODATA. This problem becomes a bigger problem when I use the Offline Distribution List to publish the reports to send to clients. I use the Office 2003, and making the copy/paste special is not a valid option because of the use of the Offline Distribution Option.
Does anybody have an idea about solving this issue?
Thank you,
Susana
Hi Susana,
Before sending the report/input schedule, take it offline(no connectivity) using the park n go feature.Save it in your local folder and open it using the natice excel without logging into BPC and check if the problem exists.
Make sure you protect your report before you distrubute it.

Nithyapriya

I've never had a problem with this from versions 4.0 to 7.0.
What do you mean by "sometime"? is this a random issue?
Have you verified you are taking the correct steps according to the documentation?
Have you contacted support?

David,
Thank you for your time. I have found my bug.
I have made several copies of my reports and made a few changes to them. I have checked everything I have remembered, but apparently I forgot to check the Application name parameter in the EvGTS formula and it was pointing to an empty cell causing the #RFR error.
Susana
Have you tryed any other option?
How was the report built? evget or evdre?
Has this feature worked for you before?

This was also a problem in the OutlookSoft version 4.2. I was hopping this feature would be corrected in this version.
As far as I tested, this behavior usually occurs in EvGTS and EvDES. The other options in u201CPark N Gou201D all work, except this one u2013 Offline u2013 and this is the option used in the feature Offline Distribution Wizard.
