problem with SPAM update (SAPKD70025)

hi

we are trying to apply support pack sapkd70012. but when i start applying through " apply SAPM/SAINT update" it shows that import is stopped in "check_requirements " phase and error is due to queue is not empty"

but when i click on display/define button the quese shows the patch sapkd70025. but as such doesn't display besides to desplay/define. only when double clicked it shows.

i have done stms alreadytp shows all fine.

please help
