problem with SPAM update (SAPKD70025)

hi

we are trying to apply support pack sapkd70012. but when i start applying through " apply SAPM/SAINT update" it shows that import is stopped in "check_requirements " phase and error is due to queue is not empty"

but when i click on display/define button the quese shows the patch sapkd70025. but as such doesn't display besides to desplay/define. only when double clicked it shows.

i have done stms alreadytp shows all fine.

please help

why are you trying to apply SPAM 12?

Get the most recent version!

Extras > Reset Status > SPAM/SAINT update

Download the latest version and apply that.

sorry , thats my mistake , actually i was applying SAPKD70025. i am facing a wierd problem. actually i have uninstalled the server due to some problems and again reinstalled. we are using central common trans directory . first time when i installed i used that directory and due to the problems during sapkb70012 , i have

uninstalled the server and reinstalled again. but the next time it is reading all the old log files from common usr/sap/trans and creating problem during patch application again .

the problem is during the pahse " check-requirements" and error is "queue notempty"

please help

Reset the queue status and then rename file in /usr/sap/trans/tmp directory and then give it a try.

hi

this problem has been resolved.

i have deleted the strucked patch from buffer queue using following command.

tp DELFROMBUFFER SAPKB70012 <SID> pf=usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_SID.PFL

now i am continueing applying patch.
