How to Delete Standard Company Codes in SAP system

Hi,

My client wanted to delete the Standar company code from the SAP system.When i trying to delete it is giving lot of troubles.Kindly help me how to delete the Company codes and controlling areas with depandancies like cost centers,profit centers and all.

Kindly help me by giving advice.
