Compare the modified objects b/w ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0

Can anybody tell me how to compare the objects B/w ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0.

I don't want differences B/W ECC 5.0 and ECC 6.0.

I think U R not getting my issue...

I am doing upgradation project.

In this I upgradated one program from ECC 5.0 to ECC 6.0, and modified the program in ECC 6.0.

Now I want to compare this modified ECC 6.0 program to ECC 5.0 program.

Can U plz help me in this issue...

You can use SE39 to compare different systems.
