IO to AUC settlement posting date problem

Hi,

When i try to settle IO to a AUC in current period, system is posting in 12/31/2008 date and Asset value date also go to 12/31/2008. Can you tell me where this 12/31/2008 date is coming from. I am sure its not from asset class or the settlement profile but...???

I have looked at the Dep key(0000) period control also and it is fine.

Please guide on how to fix this problem, points will be assigned as an appreciation.
