Milestone Billing

Hi! All,

We are getting error message while raising biilling request like - Milestone Dates not achieved. How to rectify this?

We have picked the milestone dates for billing plan. Milestone billing type is also OK.

Any inputs regarding this?

Hello,

Step:

1) Use T.code CN53N. Enter the Project and Execute (F8)

2) Select the milestone you want to confirm and in the menu bar GOTO --> Confirmation --> Create

3) Enter the actual date and save

4) Now check in the sales order

Hi,

In general we maintain billing block in billing plan.

Goto milestone and enter the date in actual date in dates segment. system automatically removes block in sales order for that milestone billing date. Now you are able to create billing document.

Or

In VA02 t.code, goto billing plan tab remove the billing block for that milestone (billing date) and save it.

In Billing plan, item under "Block" tab should be blank. If u see 02, then u have not confirmed the activity.

Once activity is confirmed fully , subsequently milestone wil be confirmed and it removes the billing block in the billing plan. Then u can generate billing document.
