Error with Eic

Hi,

We are working with Eic and netweaver . we have given all the Hr related roles to a particular userid , when this user is using the transaction Hreic and trying to click on the Hr button an error TRANSACTION IEXECUTE ERROR is popping.

when the same user is given with SAP_ALL profile and using the Transcation Hreic and click on HR Button it is working.

Does anyone face this type of issue ?
