Receiving emails - Reading the contents of attachments

Hi,

My sytem is receiving emails with CSV attachemnts. Could you please advise how to read the contents of attachment.

I have already tried implementing the methods CREATE_INSTANCE & PROCESS_INBOUND of interface IF_INBOUND_EXIT_BCS.
