Dear all,
i'm a functional consultant, there is a requirement from customer that workflow to send outlook email to users in purchasing department to whom are in charge of buying a group of material after a PR has been created.
Step1: PR creator creates PR and save it.
Step2: System send an outlook email to email address in "purchasing group".
=> other events(change,cancel,release) shall behave the same as PR creation.
Please give some guidance which steps should i do to achieve this.
