Check printing problem while doing ZFBZ5

Dear Team,

At the time of check printing we are facing the problem in one of our Business circles (kolkatta).At the time of making check payment spool request is generating but not getting any out put when we see the print preview. We had check the all the possibilities. Please give your valuable suggestions on this issue.

Hi,

Check the following:

1. Print immediately is set in the program. ZFBZ5 seems to be a copy of the standard program so it should have the check box in the screen.

2. If not, then the Output immediately option should be checked in the user defaults in SU3.

3. At times, connectivity also plays a role for the output to be sent to the remote location. check the connection is stable with no time outs.

4. In SP01, check if the spool is in error, check the error and resolve.

5. The user may have an authorisation issue. Ask him to execute, /OSU53 in the command window after he executes the print.

6. Last, get the SAPGUI re-installed at the user location.
