RWB to test message flow through the adapter engine

Hi all,

I would like to test receiver file communication channel in runtime workbench -> AdapterEngine -> Communication Channel Monitoring without posting a file and verifying whether the receiver adapter/channel is working fine and itu2019s configurations are proper ?Kindly let me know whether it is possible to test a channel without posting a message?
