inspection lot not getting generated for GR 105 mvt

Hi,

When we are generating MIGO document for 105 mvt. type, inspection lot icon not showing in Quantity tab.

But when i run the tcode QA32, there showing an inspection lot starting new number series i.e. 80000000000 (Insp.lot origin - 08 Stock transfer and inspection type 0800). After that we make the UD through QVM1 tcode and stock posted from Quality inspection to Unrestricted stock.

Now, problem is that this inspection lot is not link with Material document number of mvt. 105. Hence, MIRO is not possible due to this and showing error message - "Kindly make the User Decision first"....

What should to do for resolution.

SAP standard restricts only payment if the quality inspection is not done. The message that you get in MIRO must be a homemade message. So you should talk to your IT department and ask for a solution.

Hi Anil,

Could you please take a look of the below settings which are suitable for the Movement Type=105.

1.) Configuration setting
SPRO>>Quality Management >> Quality Inspection>>Inspection Lot creation>>Inspection for Goods Movements

If this is maintained, make sure the Master data.
2). Material Master >> Quality Management view >> Inspection Set Up>>
Inspection Type 01 = Active. Kindly check & let me know, if you are still facing the Problem.

Also, for your info. Inspection Type =08 is used for Transfer Posting Inspections
(either from Plant to Plant or from Storage location to Storage Location transfers)
