Doubt with organizational unit



My doubt is related with the organizational units (transaction PPOSE). I have created a program to identify (using the HRCM_ORGUNIT_MANAGER_GET) and save into an internal table all the people in charge in each organizational unit. But now i need to know what is the general role for them (i've found in the table PA0001 the field PLANS that provide the complete information about the role in the company (i.e. Human Resources department Director)). There's any table that provide only the general role of the employee (i.e. department Director)?.
