Create table under BTAdminH

Hi SAP Gurus,

I need to create a own custom table under the BTAdminH BOL. Using EEWB a can only add a structure.

Can this be done? Can anyone provide an example.

Or do I need to create an own ZBOL based on BTAdminH? I try to prevent this since no info is available on this subject.
