How to update TBE31 table

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me the meaning and usage of table TBE31 and also what is the use of Business Transction Event VK0A0200 .

Is there any pre-requisites for this table and can we update this table with any customising.

As I am working on PP, I'm not aware of this table. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
