System->Status Component version not displaying Support Pack Level

In my SAP R3 system , while trying to check for Component version , in system --> status -> then the magnifying glass , I am unable to see the component Level and HIghest Support. PLease see data below

SAP_BASIS 640 0000 - SAP Basis Component

SAP_ABA 640 0000 - Cross-Application Component

PI_BASIS 2005_1_640 0000 - Basis Plug-In (PI_BASIS) 2005_1_640

SAP_BW 350 0000 - SAP_BW 350

SAP_APPL 500 0000 - Logistics and Accounting

SAP_HR 500 0000 - Human Resources

However we are able to see the same in 'CVERS' . But it is not getting reflected in the system-status area.

PLease suggest . Thanks in advance for your help.
