Cant view Lumira 2.1 document using BI Launchpad

Hi,

we have BOE 4.2 SP4 Patch 1 and Lumira discovery 2.1 SP1 update.

I built a Lumira dashboard using Lumira client as an administrator and saved the document in BI platform and can access the document using BI launchpad successfully.

But when I log on as a regular user and try to open the document in BI launchpad I get an error message that "Unable to connect to server. Try again"

I have assigned all necessary rights to the user such as Refresh rights to Lum document even to the document level but still getting the same error.

Note I have no issue when log on as an admin.

I will really appreciate if suggest what exactly am I doing wrong in terms of assigning authorization and rights.

Hi - have you assigned the rights to Acquire Data in SAP Lumira Server via the CMC?

Yes I did that already.

I even assigned rights on " Datasource rights - connect to sap bw" as well but still not working.

User can also not able to see managed connection created in CMC to BW so that they can build the new Lum doc. but when log on as an admin, it can.
