Hi,
we have BOE 4.2 SP4 Patch 1 and Lumira discovery 2.1 SP1 update.
I built a Lumira dashboard using Lumira client as an administrator and saved the document in BI platform and can access the document using BI launchpad successfully.
But when I log on as a regular user and try to open the document in BI launchpad I get an error message that "Unable to connect to server. Try again"
I have assigned all necessary rights to the user such as Refresh rights to Lum document even to the document level but still getting the same error.
Note I have no issue when log on as an admin.
I will really appreciate if suggest what exactly am I doing wrong in terms of assigning authorization and rights.
