Dispute Case - manual status change

Dear experts,

One of our users is trying to change the status of a dispute case manually in tcode

ZFS_PREC ( Process Receivables). When trying to open a dropdown list of DC statuses she gets only one status ("disputed") visible. The other ones are not displayed at all. Only by manual entering the status "resolved" system is entering the new status and user can Save. This is a case only for one specific user. The other ones (with same roles assigned!) are getting the full dropdown list of statuses opened and visible. How could we make the user to see the full dropdown list of statuses?

    Dear Slawomir,

    Please check the dispute case type of the dispute cases that each user can see, and check the status profile assigned to this case type. Please share this information.
