close service PO.

Hi Guru's

Pls. tell me how to close service PO.

I have checked with ML81N with entry sheet but when i go to set status it shows final entry in grey colour , so i cann't set it.

I have tried to change the service Qty, & Validity but it is also not working ... pls advice to to close it.
