Please can you suggest where to go and remove the "Open Pending Appeal" status on askHR ticketing tool. if the employees will change the status from Open to "Open Pending Appeal" then Resolver team not able to see on the Service centre.
Steps to create an issue :
1.Open askHR link on SF EC portal
2. Click create new ticket.
3. Click Submit the new ticket.
4. Open the existing ticket on askHR and check status dropdown options.
