Pricing in inquiry

Hi,

The prices are picked up correctly in quotation, sales order and the subsequent document. but the same condition record is not picked up in inquiry . though every thing is maintained .

Can u help me in this regard

Hi,

If you are copying the information from sales document then to T.code VTAA.

Search for Inquiry from Sales order. And double click on the item.

Search for item category TAN(if you are using this category) and go to detail

Change the price type to D.

Now try to make the inquiry it will copy all the details or not

Hi,

Still the pricing is not picked up in inquiry. tax condition type ispicked up but not the main condition type( base price). but when i am creating quotaton or sals order the prices are picked up..

can u help mei n this regard?

Hi

Go to following path IMG u2013 sales and distribution u2013 sales u2013 sales documents u2013 sales document item u2013 define item categories.

Check out item category AFN which is used for inquiry purpose and click on detail

Over there check out whether in pricing X is maintained or not.

Just do that also to get the pricing in inquiry.

And if not happening with that also go to the condition tab in inquiry and click on analysis

See PR00 and check what error it is showing and post it that over here if you are not able to solve

Hi,

all the setting was there , only system is not picking up the price date automatically in inquiry, thts why pr00 is not picking up !!!1

Hi there,

Check what item catg is determined in your Inquiry IN in VOV4. It should be AFN.

In VOV7 check if pricing is marked X.
