NWDS CE can run on EP7.0

Hi..

I have 3 questions now

1)Can we use NWDS CE as an IDE for EP7.0.(because as per my requirments NWDS CE can do more, but our server is EP7.0)

2)Can we install NWDS CE trail version on Windows XP SP3.

3) Now am tring to do an web dynpro App which can send a mails to multi users, but to do this i need to use

"import javax.mail.*" but am not able to , NWDS is not allowing me to import javax.mail.

how to do it.
