Email notification to approvers WS14500015

Hi all,

I'm on SRM 5.0 SRM_SERVER 550 SAPKIBKT12, we've configured WS14500015, this is working fine, I need to notify to approvers the responsability of each work item, which are the steps to have this functionality? please provide me where exactly step by step need to be configured or developed

Thanks for the answer, but I don't have problem with BADI activation, I just need to know how I can notify to approvers, that's what I need in step by step

Hi

Notification will create lof of messages in your inbox.

In SPRO - Cross appplication settings>SAP Business workflow>Define Recipient notification -->Approve shopping cart and you may check the flags depends upon your need.

I have SC Approve Shopping Cart-AP Approver and all options selected: Rejection, Approval, Changes and Deletion of Application Object I execute report RSWUWFML or RSWUWFMLEC and the result is:

A Total of 1 Work Items Scanned.

No Work Items Found that Needed Forwarding.

What I missing?

Hi Joe

This sub workflow is responsible for notification of sc change/modify/deletion.

WS10400026 - SCSendMail

Triggered standard task: TS10407929 SCMAILSEND

Check SOST tcode - could you see there any mail items like sc ordered.

I think i made all configurations but notifications are still not sending, may be is my mistake, can you be more specific in the step by step to active this functionality.

you have to maintain --> The parameter --> Flag:forward work item ---> for the user --> in the ppoma_bbp ---> then the program will send the mails..

Hope that now you can see the notification entry in SOST. WF-BATCH users sends this notification to mail box. check it up plz?

Thank you very much Muthu, now emails are sending, I scheduled a job, but, another question, is there any way to select which work items have been send? I mean, that just send I notification by work item? even this work item was not proccessed
