Error in Smartforms

Hi to all

i have created a smartforms and i'am facing a problem.My problem is that when i create a text and enter some texts in it and press save,an # symbol appears for a line and another line appears if i click activate button.I delete it and then press save,it appears again.

I like to know what is the reason for that.
